Pilates is my passion (along with stand up paddleboarding) and has been a very big part of my life for the past 21 years. I have been a certified pilates instructor for 14 years and continue to take classes to further my knowledge of the body. As a 67 year old woman, I know first hand the benefits that Pilates provides all of us as we grow younger.

The Pilates Shed
I started going to Leslie for Pilates about 8 years ago. Prior to that I visited the chiropractor on an almost weekly basis. Since I've been going to Leslie I rarely see the chiropractor. The combination of stretching and strengthening is ideal. And because she is so knowledgeable and sensitive to a person's individual needs, she is able to modify and vary each lesson to maximize your comfort and your workout. Going to Leslie has made a huge difference in my life. I cannot recommend her enough.
